Mornings with Mommy

Learning is fun at our themed, educational playdates for you and your little one.

Mornings With Mommy isn’t preschool, and it isn’t childcare. It’s something different!

Mornings with Mommy is a fun and easy way for you to enjoy activities with your children and meet other moms. At Mornings with Mommy you will find appropriate activities for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. And the best part is, we do all the planning, you just sign up! Moms can mingle with each other and enjoy fun activities with their kids.

What?

Each session will be a little different as each session has a different theme, but the basic format will stay the same. We will begin with circle time on the big rug. Circle time will include a story and musical activities. Following circle time, the director will explain the different stations set up in the room. The stations will include arts & crafts, sensory activities, gross motor skills, fine motor skills, and an infant area. You and your child will explore these activities and stations at your child’s pace while enjoying the company of other moms. At each session, snacks and beverages will be provided for both you and your little one.

    Who?

    Mornings with Mommy is for children ages birth through preschool accompanied by an adult (dads, grandparents, and caregivers are welcome too!).

    Registration

    Class sizes are kept small to ensure optimal learning experiences for all children. To reserve a session spot for your child, advance registration is required. The link to register is on the Mornings with Mommy – Menomonie Facebook page (linked below).

    Absolutely Free! Through generous donations by members at St. Paul’s, we are passionate about serving our community and are excited to get to know you and your family.

    About the Directors

    Nikki has a background working in the field of early childhood. She looks forward to reading stories, singing songs, and planning developmentally appropriate arts & craft activities for the child at Mornings with Mommy. She enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.

    Sarah is a full time Registered Nurse who works in the community. She assists with session planning, coordinates registration and social media content creation for Mornings with Mommy. Sarah is a wife and mother of two, who enjoys spending time with her family in her free time.
